WASSSSSSUUPP??

Well, it is now 2 days after the Paramore show. It. Was. Amazing. To ensure I never forget every detail of this event, I'm gonna write it down here.

So me and two friends showed up to Festival Hall at about 12.00, and there already were quite a few people there. We made so many new friends, I can't remember all thier names, but they are all members of the Australian Paramore Forums, so it was really cool meeting them, they were all so nice.

We had to line up for 7 hours, it didn't seem like it at all. Meeting people, sneaking around the back of the venue, putting your ear against the door during soundcheck, going to some random education institution to use their toilets, plotting against other groups on how to beat them to the barrier takes up a lot of time! I must say, if lining up early is this much fun, I wanna line up early to every concert I go to! It's just so awesome to meet people with the same interests as you! Bottom line: lining up was awesome.

So then, the next chapter: getting in the venue. When they announced that doors were opening soon, everyone went biserk. People just crowded around the door, there wasn't even a proper line going on, luckily, we were at the front (thanks to getting there early). There was so much pushing going on, I actually got pushed through the door, so I got to run it and get myself a SPOT AT THE BARRIER!! I should be thankful to whoever pushed me, I was third in the door! Anyway, our goal was complete, we got barrier, and that was our aim. The view was good, tonnes of eye contact, so it was definitely worth it!

You Me At Six were the opening act, they were awesome! The guitarist (dunno his name) kept looking at us, and when he did, we cheered for him, I think he liked that! There were already so many girls taken out of the mosh pit during that set...what a shame, they didn't even get to see Paramore.

Speaking of Paramore, when they walked on stage...my ears burst. The place went crazy, and I went crazy with it. I couldn't believe I was a few meters away from them, didn't feel real at all! And of course, they were amazing, there aren't really any words to describe the feeling I felt throughout the whole thing, so I'm not gonna bother. Although when I saw Hayley and Taylor walk on stage, I remember I kept saying "oh my gosh" over and over again, and I started to semi hyperventilate! Such a fan girl moment!

Zac was amazing! I was paying particular attention to him during Careful (that song is the hardest to play on drums) and he was incredible, and he's only 19, I can't imagine how good he will be in a few years time. Taylor was adorable like always, didn't stuff up once and he was very focused on his playing, didn't move around much. Justin was just the cutest little thing. He tended to stay at the back, but when he came to the front, people cheered for him, and he smiled...he was a sweet smile, so adorable! Jeremy, Jeremy, Jeremy....he was insanely incredible. The amount of energy that dude has...no wonder he is always hungry. I was closest to him, actually, pretty much right in front of him. He is a crowd pleaser for sure. He knows how to get everyone up and make them have a good time. He made eye contact with me quite a bit, loved it!! Hayley, well Hayley was Hayley. She sang so amazingly and bounced all around the stage, trying to catch a glimpse of everyone! She rules, I really admire her.

So, as you can tell, I had a blast, probably the best night of my life!! I am so grateful I got to experience it. The mosh was brutal, but it was worth every bruise I have makes me smile. Though Careful and Let This Go were the two songs I was dying to hear live, Where the Lines Overlap was the one I enjoyed the most. It's just such a fun song. Also, on stage, Hayley, Jeremy and Taylor tasted Vegemite. They hated it, but I'm glad they tasted it in front of all of us! And at the end they all kinda swapped instruments and had a mini jam session. It was AWWSOOMMEE!!

OH! And through the whole thing, they couldn't stop smiling, it was obvious that they themselves were having a good time too, so it made the audience enjoy themselves even more!

Ohhh man...I want to do it all over again....I wish I was travelling around australia with them, so I could go to every show. This is a night I will never forget, seeing your favourite band live...well, it's anybody's dream.

there is so much more I can say, but I'm too lazy to type, so I shall leave you with some photos!

I absolutely love this photo. It just seems so professional, I keep posting it everywhere haha
