Cadbury letter response

So if anyone read my letter I posted to Cadbury a few days ago, I got a response:

We value any feedback, especially positive feedback like yours.

As you may know, a lot of hard work goes into the development of our products and the process can sometimes take several years. So it’s always great to know that all our hard work and effort is appreciated.

Your thoughts will certainly be shared amongst everyone involved as they are sure to bring a smile to their faces.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! NO FREE CHOCOLATE DAMMIT. AND I NEED CHOC CHIPS FOR THE PEANUT BUTTER CUPS I AM GOING TO MAKE TOMORROW.
