Grandma take me home

I'm making a few changes to my daily routine on order to overcome an issue I have been facing these past few weeks:

- Wear less makeup
- Look in the mirror less
- Eat at least two fruits a day plus a salad a day
- Read passages from the Bible every night
- Ask "how are you?" to people that I walk past on the sidewalk
- Call my friends on the phone more often
- Offer to help around the house more often
- Take the dogs for walks more often
- Spend more time with Buff

It's gotten off to a good start. I didn't wear any eye make up at work today, I had my fruit and only ate one chocolate! I read the Bible last night, I watered the garden, swept the house and folded the clothes. I spent time with Buff today...man I hate that he is getting older :'(.

Gonna try my best to keep this up. I'll let you know how it goes.
