is that I cannot stay at home all day for more than two days in a row. I have to get out of the house for at least 5 hours, whether that be work, uni, socialising....anything. I have found that I actually start to get depressed when I stay indoors for too long. It just bums me out. And then I pass on that negative energy to others around me. I've always seen myself as an introvert, and I am to a certain extent, but it turns out I need human contact quite often. And I also go crazy when I am by myself.

So moral of the story: never stay at home all day. Go out and do something. Even if it is pointless.
